Ingrid is a Fully Certified STOTT Pilates Instructor, spending 10 years training and examining on ALL pilates equipment to ensure a holistic, intelligent and balanced approach to your regime.

I cannot speak highly enough of Ingrid and The Pilates Suite. I have been seeing Ingrid for approximately 3 and a half... years and it was the best decision I ever made. I started Pilates with Ingrid for rehabilitation following shoulder surgery. As a trained health professional, I was not satisfied with my rehab and functional return in my shoulder. I was an absolute beginner when I started Stott Pilates with Ingrid. However, Ingrid was patient and able to tailor a personal program just for me. Her knowledge about human anatomy and movement is exceptional. Three years on and I am now completing intermediate level Pilates!read more

I have been attending The Pilates Suite for approximately 6 months. I am a qualified naturopath who has been into... fitness and working out for 35 years. I have been to numerous fitness groups, chiropractors and recently had a personal trainer for 6 months. I have been weight training consistently now for 9 years and have reasonable understanding of my body at 58 years young. Ingrid's knowledge of the skeleto-muscular system seems limitless. Ingrid's focus is incredible, I have seen trainers lose focus, but she doesn't get bored and is absolutely involved with her work. I highly recommend The Pilates Suite for anyone who has an injury in particular, but especially for people who are interested in setting their body up to be strong and stable. This is the thinking person's fitness routine!Not only will you develop the correct posture for the rest of your life - but you will develop your nervous system - and understand why you favour particular muscle groups and how to gain better muscular control and isolation with the most minute adjustment of posture.By being mindful you can apply techniques you learn at The Pilates Suite to your daily routine; such as climbing stairs, or working out at the gym. I absolutely love exercising with Ingrid at The Pilates Suite. I can now exercise with confidence knowing that I will... not aggravate old injuries or create new ones. Ingrid is so knowledgable and she adjusts the exercises for the individual person according to their needs. It is lots of fun and I feel so much more connected to my body. I am keeping fit and toning my muscles without pushing myself with a hardcore workout. It is gentle yet so targeted to specific muscle groups. I can definitely feel that my body is working, both during the session and the day after!read more

I thoroughly enjoy practicing Pilates, we are all at different levels. The teachers has a wealth of knowledge when it... comes to our goals and injuries. Great bunch of girls in a group session.
