I cannot speak highly enough of Ingrid and The Pilates Suite.  I have been seeing Ingrid for approximately 3 and a half years and it was the best decision I have ever made.
I started Pilates with Ingrid for rehabilitation following shoulder surgery.  As a trained health professional, I was not satisfied with my rehab and functional return in my shoulder.  I was an absolute beginner when I started Stott Pilates with Ingrid.  However, Ingrid was patient and able  to tailor a personal program just for me.  Her knowledge about human anatomy and movement is exceptional.
Three years on and I am now completing intermediate level Pilates!

I have been attending the Pilates suite for over 3 years. I first started with Ingrid because of year’s of lower back pain of which I had previously seen many different Physio’s and had xrays etc with no improvement. Within 6months there was remarkable improvement and within 12 months I was completely pain free and have not had any pain now for over 2 years. Ingrid worked with me specifically to solve the problem. I feel stronger and more flexible throughout my body and have since brought my husband to lessons also as he has a desk job and Ingrid has helped him improve his posture to release his neck and shoulder pain and he is feeling healthier and more flexible every week.
I highly recommend Ingrid to any age male or female.

I have been attending Ingrid’s Pilates Studio since she opening up.  Well, even before, when she was in training.  As a pilates instructor in training, I could see she meant business.  From the outset she wanted to get the highest qualification possible with the highest marks.  Ingrid will stop at nothing to be the best she can be at what she does. And she always seems to be studying to higher her qualification.  (Even during the Covid19 isolation time, when the groups had to stop for a while, she went out of her way to hand deliver to us all our own laminated home programme!).  She also checks in with us after every session to see how we are feeling and writes up her notes in our file.
I have been attending her pilates studio in her group format mostly, but also on a one on one private basis.  In the group sessions, she gives her fullest attention to each of us and focuses on each of our challenges, no matter how differing they are.  The groups are wonderful fun.  We all laugh and joke and have great bonding time, whilst doing our workout.  She brings in as much variety as she possible can and is always changing up the programme to keep us on our toes and in great shape.
My core strength and tiny supporting muscles have improved markedly and I absolutely love coming to this warm, loving, nurturing studio for these classes!  I have full confidence in her ability to support me as her student and I know she has my best interests at heart.

I have always thought lifting weights at the gym was the only way to strengthen muscles but after working with Ingrid at ‘The  Pilates Suite’ I now realise that I need to be more mindful of how I use my body.  I feel stronger and more confident in movement after each session of Pilates.  Thanks Ingrid!

I have been attending the Pilates Suite for over two years. On my first session with Ingrid I was suffering from bursitis and advanced osteo arthritis in both my hips that left me off of work for 6 months. Ingrid developed a personalised exercise plan that has greatly reduced my pain and improved my mobility and flexibility, allowing me to return to work full time.

The Pilates Suite has a lovely, natural and clean atmosphere that leaves me feeling re-energised and refreshed after every visit. The views from the studio are gorgeous with kangaroos often visiting the neighbouring property

Ingrid is an amazing instructor that is compassionate and adaptable to my changing needs. She always follows up with me after the session and is attentive to any concerns or questions I may have. I couldn’t recommend booking in for a session with Ingrid enough.

I have been attending private lessons from Ingrid at the Pilates Suite for over 2 years now. What a difference I have noticed in my body! I used to have group lessons at a local gym but was getting too many injuries. Since starting with Ingrid my body has built strength, shape, tone and I haven’t had any injuries. I realise now the difference between STOTT Pilates and ‘General Pilates’ – much more training and expertise goes into the STOTT Pilates. Ingrid is constantly watching to correct any positions that need and each class is individualised to what my body needs on the day. I love that my body is able to build strength without the ‘bulky’ look – thanks Ingrid.
